Website audits for medical spas
I go through your site the way a new patient would: find a treatment, find a price, book an appointment. Wherever that stops working, I write down what I saw, on which page, on which day. You get it as a short PDF. One payment, no call, no subscription.

The kind of thing I find
A booking page still listing the sample services from the template it was built on.
Four service buttons that all read MAKE IT. Which one does a patient press?
A “Book your appointment” button that leads to a contact form with no calendar.
All three are real, found on live medical spa websites and checked a second time. Drawings, not screenshots, so the clinics stay unnamed. A full sample audit is published here, built from three real clinics, none of them named, with the dates each finding was checked.
What you get
Five to seven pages. It arrives by email, once, as a PDF. There is no dashboard to log into and nothing renews.
It opens with three things your site already gets right. An audit that only lists problems is a sales pitch, and you would be right to distrust it.
One to a page: what I found, why it matters, the words to change. Written so you can hand it to whoever maintains your site.
The order I would make the changes in, cheapest fix first.
Not a med spa? I audit other practices that take bookings, such as dental, aesthetic, cosmetic surgery and wellness clinics. Email me and I’ll tell you whether it’s a fit.
See one
Six pages, four leaks, three strengths, an order to do them in. Every finding in it was seen on a real medical spa website and checked on the live page between 11 and 18 September 2026. The leaks come from three different clinics, put together so that none of them can be recognised, and the PDF says so on its cover.
It is written the way every paid audit is written. If it does not read like something you would act on, you have your answer without spending anything.

How it’s checked
Text can sit in a page’s code and be invisible on the screen: grey letters on a dark photograph, or a button parked off the edge of the canvas where nobody will ever reach it.
Twice while preparing recent audits I found a promising problem this way and then deleted it, because measuring the element proved a real visitor never sees it. This is the slow part, and it is why the audits are short.
Before you buy
The whole promise here is that I don’t make things up. It would be strange to start on this page.
Who does this
I’m Luca. I run DropoffAudit on my own from a small city in northern Italy, six to nine hours ahead of the United States. That is why your audit gets written overnight, your time, and is in your inbox when you open.
Everything happens in writing. The audit comes by email, you reply to it, and I answer myself. There is nobody else to be passed to.

What you get: the two to four things standing between a visitor and a booked appointment, the exact words to change, and the order to do them in. By email, as a PDF, within three business days.
Thirty days later I reopen your site, run the same checks again, and send you a short note on what changed and what did not. Included.
Read it and think it wasn’t worth it? Reply within a week and I’ll refund you. You keep the audit.
Buy the auditPaying means agreeing to the terms: what you get, refunds, and what an audit does not promise.

Not ready to buy
Every few weeks I audit a real medical spa website in public, the same way I would for a client, and publish it. Leave your address and you get each one when it comes out. Nothing else, and one line to stop.
