The terms of an audit

Last updated: 25 September 2026

The service is simple, so these terms are short. Buying an audit means agreeing to them. If anything here is unclear, email me before you pay.

Who you are buying from

DropoffAudit is run by Luca Panetto, an individual based in Italy. Postal address and contact details are in the privacy notice. Email: luca@dropoffaudit.me.

What you buy

  • One written audit of the public website you ask me to look at: the two to four things standing between a visitor and a booked appointment, the exact words to change, and the order to do them in.
  • It reaches you by email, as a PDF, within three business days of your payment. If I need something from you before I can start, such as which website to audit, I ask by email and the three days count from your answer.
  • A recheck after thirty days, included in the price: I reopen your site, run the same checks again, and send you a short note on what changed and what did not.

Price and payment

An audit costs $490, paid once, through Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews. I never see or store your card details.

Refunds

If you read the audit and think it was not worth the price, reply to the email it came with within seven days of receiving it and I will refund the full amount through Stripe. You keep the audit. You do not have to give a reason.

If I cannot deliver the audit, for example because the website cannot be reached, I refund the full amount.

If you buy as a consumer, any right the law gives you applies in addition to these.

What an audit is, and what it is not

  • It describes what I saw on your public website, on the dates written in it. Websites change, and so can what the audit describes.
  • It does not promise any number of bookings, patients or revenue.
  • I look only at what any visitor can see. I do not ask for, and do not use, logins, booking systems or patient data.
  • The changes it suggests are recommendations. You decide what to change and who changes it.
  • It is not legal, medical or regulatory advice, including on the rules for advertising medical treatments.

Using the audit

The audit is yours to use in your business and to share with your staff, your web designer or anyone who helps you act on it. I do not publish an audit you paid for, and I do not name your clinic anywhere, unless you agree to it in writing.

Responsibility

If something goes wrong on my side, my responsibility is limited to the price you paid for the audit, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law.

Changes

If I change these terms I will update the date at the top. An audit you have already paid for stays under the terms that were in force when you paid.
